"C'mon in guys!" Jeff asks everyone to approach. It is Day 19 and you have returned to the challenge arena.
"Well last night was certainly interesting, so let's see how it impacts you all today... Today you will divide yourselves up into two teams. Two people will randomly be designated as captains and one will randomly pick first. The Captain picks one person to join his team. This alternates with each team picking. When the first team picks again, the first
picked player now picks someone, and so on down the line. Eventually, there will be two teams of five and one person will not be picked.
"That player may pick a team to "root" for. If the team they root for wins, they will share in the victory. Wanna know what you're playin' for?"
"Yeah..." a few people mumble.
"Today you are playing for reward." Jeff pulls a towel off of a basket that contains a large quantity of bath products. "Our friends from Herbal Essences have provided us with a series of products that will help you spruce up after 19 days out in this wilderness. The winners will be driven to a nearby bathhouse where they will be able to clean up. They will be given fresh clothing and then they will enjoy a home-cooked meal. Worth playin' for?"
"Yeah!"
"Ok then, we'll draw for captains."
OK, did a random draw and the captains are:
Anomandaris and
Tulas Shorn. Anomandaris will pick first.
To pick a player, simply say,
I pick <Player> on-thread. Tulas Shorn will follow. Then whoever Anomandaris picks will pick second, and so forth.
After both teams are fully picked, the last person, who is not picked, will pick one team to root for. Then, I will create a private thread for both "teams" to talk and will simulate out the challenge.
Anomandaris may pick first whenever he is ready.
About the challenge...
1) The challenge seems to favor both Strength and Endurance.
2) It does not appear that the player who is sitting out will have any impact upon the results.

Only someone with this much power could make this many frittatas without breaking any eggs.
