As I said before, it looks like an interesting game. Little based on NAs and much of the game based on getting the other players to trust you. I haven't really had the time to pay much attention to it, other than to determine that it is unlikely I would have done well due to time constraints. A quick thoght would be that the deceiver morale bonus may have been a bit too large, but I haven't gone over the challenge rolls in depth so that may be just a reaction to the recent results.


I do wonder when they will get around to voting Ruse (or any other high level followers) off. Are you planning on allowing *wink wink, nudge nudge* inferences to voting followers or will they need to organise on thread?

Gwynn, I don't hint for anyone to go. I just let the game play out within the abilities and rules. I was disappointed when Barghast drew a stone, for example, but that's the way it goes.

Deceiver Morale bonus may be high but as you can probably see, high rolls = big target. He has to keep winning to stay in the game. Since the role is based around lying and hiding things, I figured it needed power to survive after the early game. Thus Sabotage and Backstab bonuses. DKT is making sure his Backstab keeps up with his Sabotage, too.

Tattersail boosting Morale. Anything to tame the DKT beast, right? He will need some luck to get the idol again since he didn't get the reward.

Anyways, craziness on the vote last night, huh? ANOTHER freaking idol blinding. Not that I'm displeased that Karat got voted out, too, but I hope Ano doesn't go on now to win all the immunity challenges. Merrid and I didn't talk much before the vote since I was hardly online, but he didn't want to vote Ano so he was probably one of the Karats. Ano would've been a second one and I think the 3rd would be someone Ano or Merrid could convince to vote Kara, so probably either Okaros or Alkend. And I'm assuming Ruse was the one to vote Eloth, unless Ruse trying to rally an Eloth vote actually worked on someone and he himself didn't follow through with it...

Merrid and I didn't talk much before the vote since I was hardly online, but he didn't want to vote Ano so he was probably one of the Karats. Ano would've been a second one and I think the 3rd would be someone Ano or Merrid could convince to vote Kara, so probably either Okaros or Alkend. And I'm assuming Ruse was the one to vote Eloth, unless Ruse trying to rally an Eloth vote actually worked on someone and he himself didn't follow through with it...

I think he more or less has all of his eggs in one basket right now, he was late to the Pensador alliance (only here on the final isle) and he was happy to befriend someone, but also has been going on about the trio Kara-Lio-Ruse.

Ruse is a lone gun at the moment, but he is very valuable as an ally for challenge purposes.
Must say tho, after a few Pensadores in a row, I'd like to think it is time for a non-Serc, non-Merrid Dureza to eat some sand

Personally, I kinda lost the will to play for another week - would have been OK with being voted out.
As it stands, TS is my oldest ally, I am loathe to betray him. I think I can trust you quite a lot and you are currently very much the brains of our organisation.
Merrid is a sneaky dude but a good friend so I am willing to trust him as far as I can see for now. Serc I have constructive talks with.

For me, us five are the people I want to keep around. That will take a few more councils (3) to achieve.
From there on, it kind of depends on who tries to play tricks on whom and how I figure in those plans - I can see TS perhaps making a move against me, same for Merrid, who will do it just for the fun of it. Serc threw all her eggs in one basket by severing ties to her former tribespeople to be able to contact Pensadores, so I'm trusting she's trustworthy.
