That is five votes for Ampelas.

TIGER left a simple code to headquarters that Marichord was dead, then headed back to the courtyard, hoping to assist the commando raid. By now, they should have made it to the compound itself, something was clearly blocking them. He intended to break the deadlock, and if need be, stealth be damned. Just ahead, hiding behind a low wall, was a command group: a bald man with two pistols, and a couple of lackeys with machine pistols. The best way to take out a snake is to decapitate it, he thought. He crept closer. The next shot had to be right. He rolled under the veranda, removed his helmet for better sight, lined up the airgun, and then halted as he felt a breath in his neck.
"Gotcha," COBALT whispered in his ear, then plunged her index and middle fingers into his eyes, iron nails shredding the eyeballs and wreaking havoc inside his skull. He screamed and thrashed. "And thank you for making it easy... That helmet was going to be a problem. Damned baldie better give me a gun now..."

Ampelas is dead. He was Mentalist, and Haratori Nomaki – Japanese Spy

--------------------<>-------------------

Captain James Min-He decided to break the deadlock. The raid would better be finished soon. There were only 2 minutes left until extraction, and he and his had gotten no further than the courtyard. DRAGON 2 had died storming the gate, he was now left to his own devices. The only good thing was the amount of covr he had here, in the gatehouse. He tied a bunch of grenades together by their flexible nylon pin-cords, and prepared the mos important throw of his career. If he managed to toss them under the veranda, the mix of anti-personell, high explosives and fire grenades would be a cocktail that would remove the central residence from the face of the earth, and everyone in and around it, too. He peered around the door post, then paled. The fuckers had brought up a flame thrower! Moments later, the room was filled with flame, and captain James Min-He blistered, then fell apart. Seconds later, the grenades went off, taking the hapless grunt wielding the flame thrower up into the air and tearing him apart as he flew.

Otto had only one thought on his mind: grab the suitcases with the three million euro in them, and run. Somewhere along the way, he'd have to ditch the blond bitch and his henchmen... speaking of that, where was blondie? Women... one and the same. His phone rang. He glanced at it irritably, then saw the name on the screen, and paled. "Ma... Madame?"
"It seems I should congratulate you, Otto. The trap was sprung after all, wasn't it? How are my pets doing?"
"Wasn't it you... in the command room?"
"Otto, are you trying to tell me that both Bernadette and Sylvie died? I had plans for them in our operation in the USA!"
"I'm afraid.." he swallowed. "... that you will have to re-consider your plans, madame."
Her voice was filled with cold, cold rage and menace. "It seems you will have to take to the field yourself, Otto. Get your ass on a plane, and inform COBALT she is to meet me in Istanbul. She's in."

Merrid is dead. He was Tattersail and Captain James Min-He - Chinese Spy.
Korabas is dead. He was Vengeance and Sylester Tsung - Syndicate.

The game is over - town won (but a closely contested affair... one more night and chasing Amp would have been futile!)

There were some impressive plays by Grim and snake0026 - awesomely done, guys. Ansible, great collected play there, and that BP saved Otto this last night :p PB, collected and analytical as always, good play - Venge had one brilliant flash of inspiration there in killing Tattersail, after being wrong about nearly everything (including alt guesses) ;)

One question to the agents (Tattersail and Ment (HiddenOne was already dead): why did neither of you try and kill Barghast?

Liosan gave kills to Ruse and Korabas. Ruse was not a sentry, so that acion fizzled, but Korabas killed you, and Lio then killed Korabas just to be certain ;)

Hmm, not too sure - scum had complete knowledge of one another, the killer had 2 symps that he could not kill, could jump to and fro, and level 1 saw you guys with potentially three kills in one night. Not to mention that all the symping going on between the town duos and triangles did raise an insane amount of paranoia in the town faction up to Liosan's little package talk.

I deserve the dunce cap for worst play. Merrid was the only person that I even slightly suspected of being scum that actually was. I also deserve it for not even getting a little heat off of Omtose.

Stupid Stamp.... ;)

I had thought that if I was a symp I would have fake revealed as PB did. As long as you stuck to your guns it would have been totally possible. Especially as the symps knew each other and the killer. That is why I wasn't buying PB's reveal. A symp could have done it to easily. I was actually hopping that he was scum and that it was a brilliant move.

Good Game.
How many fucking people do I have to hammer in order to get that across.

*throws up the horns*

Victory! Without looking through Spoilers, I'm a little surprised you guys killed Kalse over me. I would have felt certain to have been next. I was able to more or less confirm innocence for several people by staying alive. I'm just glad I remembered what happened the last time I completely trusted someone... I got burned pretty hard (Tapper, you rascal), and decided to test my own feelings on the matter.

Good game, all.

I killed Kalse. I thought that if you were a symp (making a play) then he would be your master. I know a brilliant deduction. But by killing him I more or less cleared you. Which was why I said that Kalse couldn't have been killed by tiger, I was hoping that someone would pick up on the hint, and not kill me. Especially after Liosan was kind enough to give me another vig. And Tapper wouldn't let me kill GL on the same night as Kalse. Thus freeing me up to kill Merrid the next night.

Hahaha, good game indeed.
And apologies to the Town for my earlier gameplay style when it looked like I was symping everyone. I had no idea what the hell I was doing at the time, so I figured I'd just do as others were, which was perhaps not the best strategy, as it resulted in a lot of undue confusion.

Honestly; you played effectively and magnificently. You and Grim played awesomely, especially for people new to Mafia. Spycraft isn't the easiest of games and you both did very well!

830 posts in like what? 4 days? Holy shit, it's almost like Mafia again.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

simple: he revealed finder. I could only kill RIs.

how was I supposed to know a sentry would be a finder?

in any case, I'd like to know how many scum knew who I was. b/c I didn't know anyone to start with.

The other two scum knew who you were.. So HP and Merrid knew who you were. I think that HP and Merrid could talk right away. Then you were suppose to be able to talk with one of them later on, I think HP. You were Tiger and they were Dragon 1 and 2.

Merrid

Quote

Captain James Min-He – SPY – COMMANDO - CHINESE
Your identity in scenes is DRAGON 1.

Level 0:
Planned Assault (N, Info) passive. You know the identity of Haratori Nomaki (Ampelas) and Sergeant Ho-Jin Gung (HP).
Mission Leader (B, Talk), passive. You can send messages to Sergeant Gung, to which he may not reply.
Level 1:
Advance! (B,Aid) passive. Both you and Sergeant Ho-Jin Gung gain the following ability:
Strafe (H,Kill) night only. Limited number of uses (1). Perform a kill on a target of your choice. If the player is a sentry, he or she dies. If he or she is not a sentry, you perform a find on their identity instead.
Level 2:
Headshot (H, Kill). Night Only. Perform a kill on a player of your choice. If you die, even before reaching level 2, this ability is first passed to Sergeant Gung, if he is already dead or upon his death, this ability is passed on to Haratori Nomaki.

HP:

Quote

Sergeant Ho-Jin Gung – SPY – COMMANDO - CHINESE
You are one of the two members of the assault team, your duty is to cover your Captain.
Your codename in stories is DRAGON 2.

Level 0:
Planned Assault (N, Info) passive. You know the identity of Haratori Nomaki (Ampelas) and Captain Min-He (Merrid) but you cannot communicate with them. They may not know your identity.
Smoke Grenade (H, Hinder) – Limited number of uses (3): set all alignments of all players for the purposes of finds and coroner finder to UNKNOWN.
Level 1:
No extra powers
Level 2:
Covering Fire (H, Guard) – Limited number of uses (5): expend up to 3 uses at the same time of this ability to guard a number of players equal to the number of uses expended.

Amp:

Quote

Haratori Nomaki – SPY – NINJA – JAPANESE
You are tasked with taking out sentries and paving the way for the Chinese assault squad.
Your code-name in scenes is TIGER.

Level 0:
Blowgun (H,Kill) Night Only: perform a kill on a target player. If the player is a sentry, he dies. If he or she is not a sentry, you perform a find on their identity and alignment instead.
Level 1:
Infiltration (H,Kill) Night Only – Limited number of uses (1): once per game, you can take over another players alt, but only if he or she is a sentry. If that player is not a sentry, you die instead. Once infiltrated, your alignment on finds is considered to be Syndicate
Level 2:
No extra powers.

So from the beginning Merrid could unilaterally communicate with HP, the two of whom were aware of both of each other's, as well as Amp's identity as scum. Amp was not aware of any of the other scum, nor could he gain the ability to communicate with either of them (nor could they talk to him), however Merrid's level 2 ability would transfer to Amp upon Merrid's death, even if Merrid died before attaining it (assuming HP had also died first as well).
"But I saw you [Snake]…faced by Anomander [Mandy] himself. How did…"
"I escape? Well, I dazzled him with fancy words, edging ever closer, then used my ninja skills to strike like a cobra, knocking the sword [Spamnipur] away and drop-kicking him over the side before tumbling backwards, slaying another Piss'd Andii on the way."
Silence. Lots of silence. "Fine!" He shrugged and grinned, "Someone hit him in the face with a coin, and he cursed just long enough for me to get away." ~ Excerpt from Gardens of the Tea Spoon
