seeing as this is a town v scum game, I don't think there can ppssibly be any harm from claiming (not necessarilyrevealing) RI, since that's what most people in a town v scum game are, spycraft special rules notwithstanding.

Hrm, well, possibly. Normal Spycraft rules are quoted, and the modkill ones are as hard-line as usual...then again, this is fairly M&P on the game intensity scale. No nationalities, scum vs town, so technically *everyone* is claiming to be RI by default like in normal games.

I'd say this might be a case of lenience. Though it might not.

Yes, but he can switch back. Osseric can also go HP. You are really the deciding factor here, otherwise it'll be Omtose or nadda.
