Personally, I hope it means he lightens up on the Earth-based swearing, viz. gratuitous use of the F-bomb. It's not as good as "Hood's balls!" or "Beru fend."

Nice interview. Hope GRRM reads it.
Almost done with Night of Knives I have to say I don't understand why people (seem to?) dislike ICE's writing. It certainly does not have Erikson's gravitas and leans closer to pulpy Forgotten Realms-style fantasy, but at the same time his narrative is straight-forward and easy to follow which I find compliments Erikson's denser material very well.

Kharkanas being more Shakespeare where TMBOTF was Homer. Guess we get a tragedy with Anomander doing a Hamlet, working himself up to ruining everything when going against MD and throwing out the usurpers (Liosan?).
