Well, it's not free, they're charging 33 dollars for it, which is ridiculous for a digital copy but that is besides the point.
Nothing illegal about buying a book on the internet from a book store. Don't know if they are early, but that's between the store and the publisher.

I'm not sure if this actually lets you purchase it. If someone can figure it out then let me know because I would be all over this.

None of the mentioned sites on the "buy now" page actually let you buy it.
