It is actually a bit random. Normally Nito or Seath first, espacially if I can use the White or Blue Chunks. Sometimes I do BoC first, for the Maggot. But the Four Kings are normally last. I always want to have a +15 Weapon before I start that fight.
You can find the Sealer Set in Blight Town. No need to kill Ingward. I also don't think that he drops it.
The humanitites from the babies despawn very fast, if I remember correctly. I never used this farming spot much. I'm also more a fan of the sewers, with a the gold serprent ring.
You keep your estus upgrades, and everything else you found and upgraded in the first playthrough. But you can only max your estus flasks to +7.
Bleh, you're right about the Sealer Set, I can't remember what killing Ingward actually gets you, except netting the key to fight the 4 Kings early.
I've done Bed of Chaos first before in the past as well, but it's usually Nito then Seath. The thing with BoC is if you are lucky it's the easiest fight in the game bar none, the problem being even after playing through the game so many times skill is still no substitute for luck. Don't think I have ever completed the BoC in one run...
Yeah pretty much the only things you don't keep are any key items such as the Lordvessel, key for the 4 Kings etc. Obviously all stories, Logan, Lautrec, ringing the Bells etc are reset as well. Apart from that you keep damn near everything.
I can't remember, do you need to the Rusted Iron Ring to move properly for the baby skeleton farm?
As for the Crystal Cave you'll hate me for saying this but if you care about trophies you should go back after beating Seath, one of the invisible pathways (the worst one) leads to the Blue Titanite Slab needed for maxing certain weapon types, but frankly it's such a nightmare getting across and back you're way better off just suiciding yourself. Eventually if you do it enough times in quicky succession you'll memorise the invisible paths, but my tip for doing them to begin with, have a good supply of arrows (I mean loads) and walk with your bow aimed just in front of your feet, keep firing arrows into the floor, if they stick you're safe basically.
