Hi there,

First, let me apologize if I opened this topic in the wrong place. I have some question I need answered. Note that I managed to read the first four books (the first three two times before I started the forth) but I still have some problems understanding certain events. If any of these question are answered later on, than please don't answer them :D

Let me start :

- When Pearl and Lostara entered a warren where everything was under fire and they found the head of an T'lan Imass, well what warren was that and who was that TI?
- Again, when the both of them saw that gigantic dragon, which warren they were in?
- What happened to Kalam after the second book? Why did he left the children and the girl?
- What happened to Fiddler after the second book? I remember them being trapped inside Tremolor.
- Was Felisin possessed by the T'lan Imass that was Onrack's lover?
- I don't really understand where was Trull Sengar and Onrack when they found the statues of the Hounds.
- If I get it right, there were two warrrens, the Darkness and the Light and something happened thus the Shadow was borne, right?
- The First Throne was the one that Kelenvad found, and by sitting on it he had control over the T'lan Imass race. Why? And what exactly is that throne?
- The Throne of Darkness is the one of Amonander Drake, right?
- Are the thrones the same as a house?
- I don't understand why Heboric was covered in tattoos and why were his hands amputated. What I believe is that all of this happened because he did some wrong to Fener?
- In the second book Fener was pulled into the realm of the mortals, thus making him loose his place amongst the ascendants. It was his place taken by Trake?

Thank you for your time, guys!

bye

...- When Pearl and Lostara entered a warren where everything was under fire and they found the head of an T'lan Imass, well what warren was that and who was that TI?

The warren was a part of Kurald thyrllan and the Imass was one of those Loric beheaded for killing his familiar.

Quote

- Again, when the both of them saw that gigantic dragon, which warren they were in?

They were in the Imperial Warren but the dragon was in a pocket warren all its own.

Quote

- What happened to Kalam after the second book? Why did he left the children and the girl?

per the beginning of HoC, things with his lady were strained and he took Cotillion's offer of a mission to get a break.

Quote

- What happened to Fiddler after the second book? I remember them being trapped inside Tremolor
.

They were never trapped. They got through, rescued Kalam in Malaz City and then Fid re-enlisted with the 14th.

Quote

- Was Felisin possessed by the T'lan Imass that was Onrack's lover?

The Whirlwind goddess, yes.

Quote

- I don't really understand where was Trull Sengar and Onrack when they found the statues of the Hounds.

The Nascent, a stray chunk of Kurald Emulrlahn, but also possibly another warren that may have overlapped with it.

Quote

- If I get it right, there were two warrrens, the Darkness and the Light and something happened thus the Shadow was borne, right?

Close enough. There was a goddes, Mother Dark, who discovered Father Light. They sheboinged and created shadow. The elder warrens reflect this happening.

Quote

- The First Throne was the one that Kelenvad found, and by sitting on it he had control over the T'lan Imass race. Why? And what exactly is that throne?

Yes.
The Throne is tied to the Tellan ritual that made the Imass undead.

Quote

- The Throne of Darkness is the one of Amonander Drake, right?

Nope. In theory it's in Kurald Galain somewhere. As of HoC we haven't seen it.

Quote

- Are the thrones the same as a house?

No.
Thrones can be many things. the First throne was created for the ritual. The Throne of Shadow is the one Rake hid on Avalii that Cutter finds. Shadowthrone sits on the Throne of Meanas in that warren, which is... more complicated.

Houses are a representation of similar aspects, and ALSO a means of showing aspects at work in a Deck reading. Which can be, but are not, the same thing.

Quote

- I don't understand why Heboric was covered in tattoos and why were his hands amputated. What I believe is that all of this happened because he did some wrong to Fener?

Explained in MoI - he was a priest of Fener who lost a political fight and was punished with the amputation and tossed out of the priesthood. He still worshipped Fener.

In DG when Baudin touches the Jade power hand to the Fener rune on Heboric's tattoos, Fener is thrown out of his own warren, effectively de-god'd.

Quote

- In the second book Fener was pulled into the realm of the mortals, thus making him loose his place amongst the ascendants. It was his place taken by Trake?

Per MoI, yes but the the Wolf Gods step up.

Thank you!

If you got the time to answer these as well ,I'll be grateful.

- When Kalam arrived in Mock's Hold (I mean at the end in Malaz city) he spoke with only the presence of Larseen. Right? She was not there.
- What happened to Vorcan and Rallick Nom? They are still sleeping in the Finnest?
- Is Raest the new keeper of the house Finnest?
- Who is then the keeper of Tremolor?
- And who is the keeper of Deadhouse?
- How do you define a house of Azrath? I mean I get it that they're gateways to the other houses but I'm sure they hold much more. Like the drawings on the floors, as in the Deck of Dragons.

- The Tano Spiritwalker stole the story of the Bridgeburners. He knew it from Fiddler, yes? Why was that song so important? I don't understand this. Why were they called back to Raraku? To help in the battle?
- The spirits of the fallen came back and destroyed the Dogslayers. This is clear. But why did Kalam saw the ghosts in the desert? Those ghost were from another time, yes?
- I guess the Tiste Edur ship with the decapitated crew will have some big role for it appeared twice already.
- That mad mage that stormed the warren where Kulp, Heboric, Felisin and the others got into when they found the ship. Who was that mage? I was sure it will be Silgar but no...

- Is Hood collectiong souls as the Cripled God does? I mean Brukhaliam, Baudin, Rellock and many more were taken by somebody... I guess they are gathering people to form an army, right?

Ohh gosh, these are soo many question, I'm sorry for this. If you got time please try to answer them briefly. I'm sure I will reread all of the books once I'm done.

I just got Midnight Tides :D

- When Kalam arrived in Mock's Hold (I mean at the end in Malaz city) he spoke with only the presence of Larseen. Right? She was not there.correct
- What happened to Vorcan and Rallick Nom? They are still sleeping in the Finnest?correct
- Is Raest the new keeper of the house Finnest?correct
- Who is then the keeper of Tremolor? Moby
- And who is the keeper of Deadhouse? Have you read NoK?
- How do you define a house of Azrath? I mean I get it that they're gateways to the other houses but I'm sure they hold much more. Like the drawings on the floors, as in the Deck of Dragons. defining a house of the azath is pretty easy, as aside from the more ancient towers of the azath, they're all identical and enjoy gobbling up dangerous peeps. the drawings on the floor, as speculated by the intrepid group who enter tremorlor, are maybe images of every card or tile of every deck ever

- The Tano Spiritwalker stole the story of the Bridgeburners. He knew it from Fiddler, yes? Why was that song so important? I don't understand this. Why were they called back to Raraku? To help in the battle? the were called back to raraku so that the song could be complete. tanno sorcery is elliptical, meaning that it has to end where it started, thus, a BB had to return to raraku for the song to be complete and lend its power to the company. the songs important because it contributed to the ascendancy of the BB
- The spirits of the fallen came back and destroyed the Dogslayers. This is clear. But why did Kalam saw the ghosts in the desert? Those ghost were from another time, yes? thats the nature of raraku, its holy unto itself and remembers every age that it has witnessed
- I guess the Tiste Edur ship with the decapitated crew will have some big role for it appeared twice already.yeah pretty big
- That mad mage that stormed the warren where Kulp, Heboric, Felisin and the others got into when they found the ship. Who was that mage? I was sure it will be Silgar but no...no one important. a prisoner from the otataral mines who escaped. the imass took care of them iirc

- Is Hood collectiong souls as the Cripled God does? I mean Brukhaliam, Baudin, Rellock and many more were taken by somebody... I guess they are gathering people to form an army, right? oh hohoho, RAFO

Regarding the Azath and why omnipotent beings seem to get caught by them like a moth to flame.

That wasn't a dragon. More likely it could an ancestor of the KCCM today. Or just a big dead predator.

In a tavern in Abyss's home town if you can figure out his true identity. Hint: It's revealed in The Crippled God's acknowledgements.
Hint #2: Don't bother, he already drank it and went home.
HiddenOne. You son of a bitch. You slimy, skulking, low-posting scumbag. You knew it would come to this. Roundabout, maybe. Tortuous, certainly. But here we are, you and me again. I started the train on you so many many hours ago, and now I'm going to finish it. Die HO. Die. This is for last time, and this is for this game too. This is for all the people who died to your backstabbing, treacherous, "I sure don't know what's going on around here" filthy lying, deceitful ways. You son of a bitch. Whatever happens, this is justice. For me, this is justice. Vote HiddenOne Finally, I am at peace.
