Malazan Empire: Crippled God and Dragnipur - Malazan Empire

This is just a thought but, wouldn't it be great way of killing two birds with one stone if Dragnipur was to take the CG's soul. That would provide it with a huge boost in keeping the gate to Darkness away from that Chaos maelstrom that's always following it. It would also mean no more CG, for a while at least...he would inevitably find a way to break out, possibly through Paran, or Jenisand Rul or whatever.
Anyway, that was just one of my ramblings. Rambling over.
