Is Ubisoft going to announce an Assassin's Creed game at E3?
I forget, is Valhalla aligned with Origins and Odyssey as the "ancient trilogy"? I sort of remember there being discussion that that was their road map. Valhalla would wrap it up and ostensibly they could take the next game to a more contemporary setting?

I think it's an every two years schedule now. So probably no new announcement.

So I'm guessing this will be introducing the live service "seasons" approach? Which will introduce new settings and historical periods? I want to see what their vision is for this and what they ultimately put out but this live service trend chasing can go very bad. Like from annoying features that have become more prevalent in recent AC titles, to now dominating the game type of bad.
It's annoying that the general mindset of AAA game developers is to now put out a "platform" on which they can deliver watered down content in weekly resets and/or seasons/Year 1, Year 2...
