My favourite is Tool! Hes so darn awesome! I mean look at him skeleton type dude with a wicked sword! Who's your favourite?

well, where to start..
kruppe and tehol, definately
quick ben is great
yeh, tool has his moments, but id have to say that karsa is one of the best.. him and icarium. oh, the list goes on.. theres so many...
but overall, tehol and karsa. both are genuis from that genius man SE

^I think he means charecters just out of Memories Of Ice lol.

My fave charecter out of MOI is probably Kallor because all the of scenes which he is in (and there are too few IMO) are really interesting and very well written. I also like T'ool, Itkovian, Anomander Rake (obviously), Toc the younger, Quick Ben, Bauchelain and the caravan guard (the name escapes me.)

quick ben is so cool. i love how cocky he is, haha
paran is pretty awesome too, and gruntle, and itkovian

hetan is cool
and of course whiskeyjack is just plain awesome

@ fud, please only mention characters from the previous books, many people will not have read the later books and don't want to come across any spoilers, ty

as to my favorite character from MoI, it has to be Itkovian, though perennial favorites would include Whiskeyjack and Quick Ben...

I suspect that I'm not unique in relating to Tayschrenn the most throughout the series so far. Many characters (Rake and co) are certainly ceritifiably cool but, alas, that doesn't quite do it for me. Kruppe, Paran, Hedge, they're all up there

edit: I suspect I should add Nightchill in there, for obvious reasons

i enjoyed tool and toc's comedy duo, tool is mr deadpan himself, and any part with bridgeburner dialogue is just genius. although im not a huge kruppe fan (iskaral pust talks the same but is far less sane) i have to big him up for standing in front of mr brood with a smile on his face as he unleashes his fury

Lets see Tool, Toc, I enjoyed Graval to. Brood is an amazing war leader. And don't forget the BridgeBurners. Hedge, Mallet, Quick Ben, Trotts, and Wiskeyjack. So meny great charicters in this book.

quick ben definitely, he doesnt seem that powerful, but iv a feeling that he could probably come up against the best of them... maybe not rake or anyone like that but probably kallor or someone like that. he has, like 12 warrens or something like that (because when he knocks out korbal broach with 6, the other creepy gothic guy says he should have save half, and qb is like well i did, and unleashes another 6). hes also the most intelligent one out there, and hes cheeky

Itkovian is my favorite character, but Bauchelain is pretty cool; he's well, a little.....strange but cool all the same.

well i was talking like, anomander rake powerful here, but he is probably one of thew most powerful mortal sorcerers. also most of his victories are through cunningness and just being damned cheeky, which i think is much cooler

I have to admit, I like all the characters with the exception of kallor. he's just a-hole. but if I had to choose. I would have to Pick Rake. come on, his name alone is cool. Anomander Rake , Lord of Moon's Spawn, Son of Darkness, Knight of Darkness. Now would you even mess with anyone with those Titles?
