Haha, that's awesome. Ublala goes up on the awesome character's list every book he's in. Liked him in MT, had some awesome moments in RG (favorite scene is probably the manhunt), and in DoD him and Draconus were freaking hilarious. Can't wait to see him in TCG.

The cover art has just renewed my overwhelming excitement for the last installment. Cant arrive quick enough. Its prob ganoes paran imo.

Clearly, the thing in the bottom left is the Salamanders Space Marine chapter icon, and what you're seeing there, is a drop pod attack.

Holy Hell, that's a fantastic cover!
Reading "The Final Tale of The Malazan Book Of The Fallen" gave me chills. I can't imagine reading "Thus ends the Malazan Book of the Fallen"

Not to be a downer, but I'm with Puck on this one. Yet another cover that looks entirely computer generated with the doofy looking helmet above SE's name. Not to mention the strange color arrangement. I'm still pissed that TOR is taking the UK covers - can you tell?

I'm sure the written scene that this is depicting is orgasmic, but every UK cover tries to force the scene shown to be epic, or tragic, etc. But always in an overdone manner.

And I'd have a mind to say it's Korabas. The whole shot has a look of finality to it.

The man could be Brys. But then is their any connection between Brys and Korabas?

Brys is the Mortal Sword... or knight?... of Emurhlan. He is an important pawn in the Deck of Dragons. The Gods could move him into play at any given time. But really, as impressive as he is, would any one expect him to kill a Dragon the size of an air craft carrier with a sword?

Maybe he'll get eaten and stab the dragon in its spleen from inside the digestive tract.

Does anyone know if the US Tor version will have the same cover? I have a feeling they will since DOD was the same and they've been releasing all the current UK covers in paperback. Hopefully they do, then I can actually buy it in a store on the release date instead of waiting 2-3 weeks. Thanks.

I'm sure Tor's cover for TCG will match the example set by DoD. The artwork will be the same as the Bantam version, with possible color tweaks and/or resizings, but that's all, I imagine.

Decisions, decisions. Do I go for the UK release knowing this is the art? Or do I go with the US release, hoping this is the art, and realizing it will get to me a couple weeks after the UK release? I have some time to make up my mind but it really is a tough call. I have bought the UK release on all of the books so I probably will go ahead and do it again.

You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

It's also the most used. It's everywhere. I remember it as far back as Blade 2.
