Yah, to my considerable surprise they fired that baby out FAST.
Tho i suppose that given it's mostly a reprint of material pub'd elsewhere, the delay would be shorter. Plus more people would want to read AFTERMATH before GHOST STORY streets.

In fairness to your guesstimate, that's the UK release, where they just released it in paperback straight away (yeah, we're getting the US covers on the whole series now - looks nicer, but my bookshelf is going to look silly 
). I don't think the overseas version is out in paperback yet, but for Briar King's purposes if he wants it now it's the way to go, yah?
