So was my summary of MoI any closer?
Here goes:

Basically, Kallor was king and, in a pissy mood, ruins a whole continent.
I know you intend to be snide a bit, but this does a genuine disservice to the material. Yes, Kallor did that. However, a ton of other things were given in that prologue: the names of the Elder Gods, the curses, the creation of the Imperial Warren, the fall of the Crippled God etc. etc. You left out all of that.

In southern Genabackis, near the city of Morn, Toc the Younger suddenly finds himself on a barren obsidian-strewn plain. Was he spit out of a warren?
If you recall, back in GotM, Toc fell into a Chaotic rent along with Tool. He managed to either drift or struggle to the same place the First Sword did.

Quick Ben planted a tracking pebble within Munug's gear. Munug ambles his way toward Pale but sneaks into a warren which contains the smoky tent of the Crippled God. Munug's leg tumors are healed by the god but the healing leaves Munug's legs useless. D'oh!
You missed the part about the cards and what they signify.
I can go on and do the whole thing, but the problem lies with your shorter summaries. You mix and match character names (Senu and Thurule), leave out some pretty crucial parts (who Buke is and why he wants to follow Baluchelain and Broach around), misunderstand how the Azath, holds and houses are being discussed or why they're being discussed and so on. The longer summaries are better and more accurate, especially when you refer to specific passages.
I stopped reading at a certain point, so there's quite a bit more to go through. However, I did skip way down to the bottom to see how you handled the very last bit. Duiker's resurrection isn't a surprise. The end of DG laid it out right there for you to see.
I survived the Permian and all I got was this t-shirt.
