It is Day 1. 6 hours and 36 minutes remained when the lynching vote was cast.

11 Players still alive: Anomandaris, Atrahal, Fener, Galain, Hood's Path, Kessobahn, Okaros, Olar Ethil, Silchas Ruin, Sorrit, Tulas Shorn

6 votes to lynch, 6 votes to go to night.

1 Vote for Tulas Shorn ( Sorrit )
6 Votes for Sorrit ( Tulas Shorn, Galain, Hood's Path, Silchas Ruin, Atrahal, Olar Ethil )

Players not voted: Anomandaris, Fener, Kessobahn, Okaros

/report Sorrit
/report Sorrit
/report Sorrit

The requests came in all at once... the players believed Sorrit was cheating and wanted to give him a nice, stern warning.

The Announcer came over the intercom.

"Attention! Sorrit has been reported for cheating! Cheating will NOT be tolerated. Consider this a warning!"

And moments later, a red pile of goop was all that remained of him.

A Soldier has been lynched.

Carnage reigned supreme elsewhere.

It is Night 1. 11 hours and 29 minutes remaining

11 Players still alive: Anomandaris, Hood's Path, Olar Ethil, Tulas Shorn, Silchas Ruin, Atrahal, Sorrit, Fener, Okaros, Kessobahn, Galain

Still waiting on a bevy of actions, FYI.

I wanted to clarify how healing works.

Medic Regeneration and Engineer Dispenser abilities work at the END of a phase, but ONLY if the Medic/Engineer was damaged at the BEGINNING of a phase AND the Medic/Engineer survives the phase. So, for example, if a Medic/Engineer took damage at the conclusion of Day 1 from abilities, he or she would NOT regenerate that health. At the end of Night 1, if the Medic/Engineer was not killed, they'd get the appropriate amount of health back.

So let's say an Engineer took 40 damage in Day 1. If the Engineer takes 85 damage in Night 1, the Engineer dies, but if he or she takes LESS than 85 in Night 1, the Engineer will be refunded 50 HP.

Now the Blutsager (medic weapon) is slightly different in that it returns health during the 'combat' portion at the end of the phase. So if a Medic has only 25 HP left and takes 40 HP worth of damage, but hits with the Blutsager, then the Medic will have a 'net' combat total of -20 HP (40 HP damage less 20 HP healed from the Blutsager). So the Medic will survive with 5 HP and then can regenerate up to 55 post-combat.

Finally, the Sandvich (heavy ability) works similar to the Blutsager, because it's an activated ability and NOT a passive one. In essence, the Heavy eats the Sandvich during the combat and gains 300 health (his normal max). At the end of the phase, if the Heavy has more than 300 health, he drops to 300 health (unless he's overhealed by a medic). So the Sandvich is basically a 300 health "buffer" or "shield" when he uses it. If a Heavy is at 200 HP and takes 300 HP worth of damage while eating a Sandvich, the Heavy will still be at 200 HP at the conclusion of the phase because the damage was absorbed by the Sandvich.

Hopefully that answers any questions you all may have had.

WTF... you guys are bungs!! totally unnecessary.

Anyway, I agree... the first few voting phases are pretty much free-for-all and we should be going after low posters as that will make end game more fun. Hopefully, ppl get their NA's in because I might be one of those low posters come later tonight.

Maybe if I beat enough people with sticks they'll start talking more.

I'm here. Free for all nature seems to discourage much discussion. Nice self-serving suggestion of going after the low posters though :p. High post count does not equal lots of contribution.

But in a game like this... what is contribution.

And yes.. i guess it is self serving as it's last man standing. I'm certainly not playing for you :p but I figure if we get rid of the low posters there will be less Sneaky McSneakerson's running around come end game time.

Just because you all want to kill each other doesn't mean you can't be polite about it. :p

I don't really think it'll make much difference. It's not like the high posters are going to be much easier to read.

At least high posters get provisionals in/are online more so we aren't stuck waiting through a 12-hour night for the person with 1 post to come online and submit an action.

As for contribution, I'll tell you that there's a soldier and a medic out there, the latter of which has been splash-damaged!
