I do apologize if this has been asked before but I am officially confused. Is there any relationship between the newly awakened Beast Hold at the end of MOI, the land created for T'lan Imass by Silverfox and Krupp, and the Refugium? Are they all the same? Do they overlap? Do they have not a damn thing to do with one another? I've only read through RG but this is really frustrating me. I thought at the end of MOI when Togg and Fanderlay took the Throne of War it was in the same place where the T'lan Imass were give a place to rest by Silverfox. Then in RG Onrack regains his flesh in Refugium. Is this the same place? What he hell is going on?

They are only connected in the sense that they offer the same thing. A memory of what once was. It's basically Imass heaven.

Only the refugium is just a fragile memory while the new world that holds the Beast Throne is a permanent fixture located inside the sleeping Mhybe's dream.

but of course now that the kettle azath has grown in the refugium, it should also be permanent and "real" in the same sense as the beast hold. more on the refugium in DoD

The Beast Hold re-awakening and Silverfox/Kruppe's created realm are related. Basically Togg and Fancypants went into Silverfox/Kruppe's created realm and awakened the Beast Hold within there (and Silverfox was pissed but the T'lan Imass/rhive spirits were like its all good).

The refugium is not really related to those, though.
