Actually, if you had posted and it had been left my a moderator (who wasn't on at the time) we wouldn't have voted night, would have vote-blocked and delayed voting me until night, then killed you and Grief last night instead of Grief and Ment and won this thing by a mile a day early.

It was perfectly natural for Silencer to edit a dead man's post less than 5 minutes after the guy was hammered. That happens all the time when people post as they read up and xpost with their own death. If HMQB had kept posting or come back on later and posted, Silencer would have been confused and I would have said "don't edit the posts" or some such. But for one post at the time of hammering, I would not want to arouse scum's suspicion by highlighting it. HMQB knew from his role that he was allowed to post during his fake death, he just chose to go through with it fully.

I'd say balance was in the scums favour, since it would be a lot harder for the innos to work together, and the number of kills, and the fact we don't get anywhere day one, meant we had an early D-day.

However, not particularly bothered. Haven't played for ages, and with 10 people, doing anything non Meat and potatoes was going to be very hard to balance.

Generally I agree, it was a bit in scum's favour. But,

a} if the innos had defied the typical notion of holding back on reveals and done a big mass info-fest, they would have annihilated the scum with ease. It was unlikely, but were it to happen it would have been crippling. And I did hint the game would be fast, so it wasn't impossible.
b} Scum having a slight advantage made it a challenge for the town, but the town stood to benefit quite a bit for later games if they had managed to succeed.

It was definitely a fun one to run, and I can't imagine how convoluted I would have had to make it with less than 10 people so cheers to everyone who played! And thanks to Tapper for co-modding in my off times!

WEll well well...that was indeed fun.
We would have been pretty fucked if HMQB just revealed first thing day 2...

The one thing that i think was wrong was the fact that PS actually changed the numbers of players alive, the numbers required for a lynch and to go to night when HMQB was lynched. Yet they didnt apply? If HMQB was indeed still alive and allowed to post then how come the number of votes to lynch changed?

anyways....the whole of day two was just us messing you guys around really...we knew we had it in the bag.
And made it failry obvious we were on the same side.
