Fuck that shit. we've got a saying. "where there are 2 Ukrainians, there are 3 hetmans" (hetman being a traditional title of authority among Ukrainian Kozaks, and the titlet of the head of state in the 1700s).
On top of which, i've got enuff on my plate right now. I've solved my personal entanglements, and now I can get back to keeping pace with school (somehting i've never done in undergrad), and work and sports. 3 balls are enough to juggle right now.

Memories. I remember having to wash lab equipment with a sprained wrist.
There's few things more annoying than cleaning with an injury.
Just discovered an old friend of mine wrote a Heavy Metal cookbook...

then I remembered there can be metals in foodstuff.

hey, SB
I would love some. unfortunately, I effectively screwed myself over last night, so now I have to play catchup with tons of friggin research to do.
I am anxiously awaiting next friday in the back of my mind...
I never knew Activated carbon has its drawbacks.
got home relatively early last night, about 2:30 AM. as I got home, my head was startign to give indications of possible issues in the morning-although I didn't drink much, It was all kinds of things, and i knew mixing would not end well in the morning.
SO I pop 3 pills of carbon and go to bed, intending to get up at 11 AM, go to the bank and then hit the library to get my research assignment done.
Problem being, whilst my mind was clear aftr about 40 minutes, I couldn't fall asleep untill round 7 AM. I got up at quarter past 12, got breakfast, went to the bank, came home round 2:15 PM, was about to go tot the library, but instead crashed and passed out till about 6:30 PM. tehn I got up, in a horrid mood, unwilling to do anything, and remained in such stae untill my winamp playlist decided to put something good on, leading me to think "fuck burnout"
so, now i'm gonna do an all-nighter for research, probably.
and I have to work tomorrow... sigh.

There's a Kool Aid float in some parade this year. I desperately wish it to knock into multiple buildings, while "Oh yeah!" blares from some boombox on it.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

but, today, the day lasts an extra hour, no?
on top of which, this means I should be able to see the Sun at 7:30 AM, when I have to get up.

Ah... we're back on standard time guys, DST is during the summer.
Anyway, I 'm happy to have had an extra hour of sleep. I'm no far behind on Nanowrimo at the moment that I need to catch up today. I also have to clean up the apartment a bit and do some laundry.
My day will be full that's for bloody sure.

lol
the extra hour helped.
I have basically my entire research done. The verdict is not pleasant for my client, but w/e, it's pass or fail.
What sucks is that I have to go to work in about hour and a half, and i'll have to finish writing once I get home....

heh, well work was fun
Can I get a drink to that?
I raised $270 for my uni today, on my 5th shift. topped my last shift, which was 100 bucks.
starting to get the hang of this stuff on phones.
now, if I could only force myself to organise my thoughts enough to write out this damn opinion letter....

I'd drink if I weren't on antibiotics.
Also my attempts to catch up in Nanowrimo aren't going so well.
Meh, still got a few hours.

well, i got 134 out of the maximum of 1000 words done.
and I have an outline on paper of the relevant facts. if I just write with that, it'll probably take me about 500 words, and that's pushing it.
I sincerely wonder if my instructor will appreciate the conciseness
