In honor of Hyperion (best thing I've read in a long long time), when using the name of a person in your post you must include "M." without the quote marks before the name.

As in MTehol, you must needs wear neon spandex to placate the masses.

Neon blue and pink were big hits as far as I was concerned. I wore them to school.

My brother had Neon Yellow something. Sometimes I thank my mother for being fashion conscientious, sometimes it wasn't such a good thing.

I had the neon pink for sure, but I remember by brother having neon green shorts with black stars on the sides and a matching top hahaha!

I think the early 90's were just a fashion disaster that never needs to be repeated. it will be a cold day in hell before you ever catch me in neon spandex again.

You know if you look at the 'science' hell would actually be cold. :(

Are you trying to say you want to see me in neon spandex?

It's M. Tehol. Unless she happened to be a spandex wearing robot, in which case it would be A. Tehol.

And props on Hyperion, I really love that book.

M. HMQB, it's the best piece of Sci-Fi I've ever read.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

I also assume it's the equivalent of a "Madame" "Masteur (however you spell this in french) "Mister" "Misses" in futurese.
