Actually, it hasn't been that hard, only very time-consuming. It's taken me a year or so to lose those 10kgs. But it's easier to keep them off that way

I downloaded an android app called Noom, and started logging everything I ate. I quickly saw where I needed to make some cuts, and I did. So, basically I've been counting calories, making sure I don't consume more than I burn off every day. I can consume 1430 calories a day and still maintain a steady weight-loss
I just started working out, so I don't have to eat even less to lose those last 5 kgs...shouldn't be a problem, I hope
