And what a cherub!
They came with white hands and left with red hands.

He said 'what a cherub!' Not 'what's a cherub?'

You think I was redfaced there, you should have seen me during either of the best man speeches I gave around that time.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

wouldn't that be the Inca version of Coca Cola?
does it taste funny?

Fun fact I learned while I was there: Inca Cola and Irn-Bru are the only soft drinks that outsell Coca-Cola in their respective regional markets. It's so popular that McDonald's had to ask Coca-Cola for permission to sell it in their restaurants (something that they're normally not allowed to to).

As I say, it tastes like my expression :). Which implies that my expression tastes like bubblegum... :)

Surprisingly addictive though. My suspicion is the tartrazine.

Don't look now, but I think there's something weird attached to the bottom of my posts.

Now that's just unnerving.

Whether it is the eyes of Illy's lady or the fact someone has expressed a desire to pat his cheeks is entirely interpretative.

That's a damn fine looking beverage right there.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Inca Cola is awful. Maybe the second worst drink I have ever tasted. I've no idea how people acquire a taste for it.

Here is me and my lady on her birthday in a Red Lobster (shitty seafood chain that is open late, hence us being there after driving all evening) after I suffered an awful sunburn the day before tromping around the sands of Venice Beach with no sunscreen. You can see it on my forehead and perhaps on my neck a bit.

A friend asked for a piece of paper during breaktime today and drew me while I wasn't looking.. So I proceeded to demand that paper back just so I can post it here (talk about forum addiction) :p

Inca Cola is as close to sweetened, carbonated, goat urine as I think I'll ever get to drinking.

i don't think it could have been altitude sickness. sounds much more like a bad case of withdrawal symptoms. sure, that counts.

It was superlative. Had a real In Bruges crossed with Tarantino feel to it, which is unsurprising. And Tom Waits mightn't have been in it for long, but he was INCREDIBLE. I can't think of a single bad performance by anyone in the film. Go see it!
