The last 3 pages were so inane I've already forgotten most of it. Although I am singing Bohemian Rhapsody in my head now.
And yes, it's awesome.

The forum is back? Woo. Just in time for me
Wondered why there'd only been one more page of spam to wade through.
Seems to me the main reason people would want to avoid a lynch at this point is because we still have very little information and noone wants to accidently put a lynch in on someone in their own team. Dont really agree with D'riss's comment about leaving opposing factions alive in case they are useful against the syndicate. As Tapper said, the point of the game is to find the right balance between thwarting the opposing factions and eliminating the syndicate - that plan concentrates too heavily on the syndicate.

There's also the whole 'thwarting the Chinese' aspect that people were advocating.
I agree that we have to find that balance between edging our own faction in front and kicking the syndicate in the face while we're doing it. Since it's in the rules I don't think many would argue with that at this point.

Well thwarting the chinese doesnt really require any actions that would be detrimental to your own team, just making sure you have a vote down all the time.
My ingrained mafia habits say we should lynch today, but faction games are always tricky - it's very difficult to decide who should be lynched. Noone has done anything syndicatey so far that I've seen.

Well it's late and I want to go to bed but it would be good to know if there's going to be an extension on the day since the forum was down for like 6-8 hours. Otherwise, I have to leave my vote and zzzz.

Yay forums back up and just when my book was getting interesting.
I'm in the same boat as Mockra in regards to the extension but i believe tapper talked about lengthing the day on the backup board so i imagine its gonna happen.

But Sheltatha Lore was first so you can't blame them for bragging about it.

I was more thinking of the multiple-instance VC where voting off a non-Chinese gets them 2 points, but for the other VC you're right.

Is there anything worth reading in the last 7 or so pages I haven't read?

Except I wasn't first. Doh.
I have to read all of everything now.
But seriously, how did all these people get posts in before me? I kept getting the blank screen of death right up until about 3 minutes before I posted FIRST. Yet some people appear to have gotten the forum back well before me.
