I do not think there could be two syndicate members with minions though. if gamelons using their minions to attack, its more likely that they are the syndicate agent.

Well we have only had two chinese syndicate. I am guessing HP was the euro syndicate. So there are only two others and three factions. I would guess the japanese and russians are small factions so one of those is probably clean.
