Meanas hasnt clarified much about Meanas, but I think it's difficult for him to comment without things that might be taken as a reveal.

I'm going to go on the assumption that Rashan should have realised who he had gotten into a lover relationship with, hopefully he'll be online before the lynch and be able to shed some light on the situation. I'm just going to put this down in case he doesnt and you need the votes.

I just spent an hour rereading all of the scenes and trying to make sense of which characters did what to whom, and now I've completely confused myself. It's clear that GL hasn't been doing a whole lot, and "exactly" doesn't really refute anything brought against him ... then again, voting for him would be voting based solely on suspicious behavior; after lynching town 3 days in a row now, I'm a little hesitant to be quick to lynch again.

I'm going to look back at the scenes again and see if there's any evidence regarding certain individuals being controlled multiple times.

Something I will point out, though:

If "white suit man" is also "expensive tastes" man, he was: investigated on night 1, hindered/investigated on day 2, investigated on night 2, possibly the guy on the plane on day 3, might also be the sunglasses guy (due to the convo with the cigar smoker on night 3), and is a lover with the chess player, whom Mockra insists in inno (and I'll take that with a grain of salt, but it's still worth mentioning).

"bald" man has formed a lover relationship with the "cigarette" woman and has also communicated with the "old man" in some lover-esque capacity. The man who received the second order to vote (technomaniacs guy) could be either the "bald" man or the "white suit" man since the scene doesn't reflect his appearance whatsoever.

If we assume that one of the two vote orderers is scum (and that IS pretty damn scummy) I'd reason that the Bureaucrat is more likely inno than scum, implying that the "old man" is scum and therefore both "cigarette" woman and "bald" man are scum as well since the "old man" speaks to them like he's their leader.
Of course, the problem is that the second vote order could be either the "bald" man or the "white suit" man. However:

Sounds like an angry order to the bald man to switch votes. The speaker in that second scene is also described as very angry, implying that the "bald" man was vote-switched twice. Though that's an admittedly weak connection, that's more evidence than there exists for Meanas as the bald man.
tl;dr I basically explain why I think, through the scenes, the bald man is scum, is lovers with both the cigarette woman and old man, whom most people agree are scummy, and was vote switched twice aka is Rashan.
Also, we've already lynched Shadow and Emurlahn...may as well continue the trend.
