Imo, Omtose is going to be lynched, it is only a matter of time. That shit with Kesso's post is just too damning not to put Omtose at the top of the list for lynches. Better to do it now than wait til later? I'm open there.

Also, D'riss. Wall-o-text during the middle of a fairly strange and substantive game posts. I can hear the scream of symp from Uzbekistan.

Well that was pretty crazy. So I think I have it straight,

Kesso then makes a mistake posting a spoiler post to the thread which is apparently game breaking. There's no possible way that can be an inno can make a game breaking spoiler post on Day 2. I'm not even sure an inno could make a game breaking post in a game of Mafia unless the Mod gave them extra info and that doesn't appear to be the case.
So therefore Kesso must be scum of some sort, since it wasn't one of the two names given as scum I presume a symp.

I agree with the others, I think we have to lynch Omtose and see his CF. Kesso definitly was deflecting away from Omtose before he made his slip, and according to Sorrit at least the missing post was him try to cover for Omtose in some way.

Someone else brought it up, but I'd like to as well as I'd like to to emphasis it. D'riss, what the hell are you doing? All this is happening and your coming up some sort of weird statistical analysis. I would like to know your thoughts on the Omtose/Sorrit/Kesso thing if you wouldn't mind. You managed several large posts but managed to avoid talking about it completely. What gives??

Note: All rules apply to all players equally. If a certain kind of screw-up is significant enough to result in modkillable for a certain player, than it results in a modkill for any player.

While you are around, Spite. Any reaction to post 218 where (Karosis, maybe) someone says you were possibly being symped away from by Omtose's "Sorrit instead of Spite" vote?

Since someone seems to find the above confusing -> Kesso's actions would have been game-breaking for at least one role in the game, and since all rules are applied equally therefore he was modkilled independent of whether his actions were game-breaking in the context of his particular role.

ok, caught up, it was a long day, and then footy practice.

@ D'riss: your spec is not helping the innos. our WCS is 2 killers 1 symp, therefore the day we are down to 12 is gonna be potential D-Day. that's the bottom line, all we need to know, untill then, let's just focus on lookig for scum. random numbers and pontificating whether or not a Day 1 Modkill and no lynch boosted our cahnces by 3% or not is useless in the long run.

That said, I totally missed the offensive Kesso post, but a lot of circumstantial evidence seems to suggest Omtose is the best bet for now

I'm not saying it's impossible, but I certainly don't think it's WCS, especially with the 2 killers and their three ______ underlings. What makes you think otherwise?

Unless there's something fairly screwy going on behind the scenes, it's more than likely Kesso was a symp and the evidence points at him symping Omtose.

Of course if Omtose is inno Sorrit will be on the chopping block straight away - Sorrit obviously knows that and I cant imagine that as a scum he would push so hard to get a single inno lynched when it will obviously get him killed.

@D'riss - Mafia isn't a numbers game, except on rare occasions near the end game where you need to crunch some quick stats to work out what the best course of action is. As someone else mentioned, the fact scum have a 3% better chance of winning because there is one less inno is pretty irrelevant. To express the chances of hitting scum as a percentage implies that lynches are purely random, which is going completely against the point of the game.

You haven't exactly given your thoughts on anything except the current Omtose thing (sans vote). I've been looking over your posts, and they are awfully noncommittal.
