I was wondering are they around the same size?and if there related in a way cuz they seem to be the only giants in the series so far? who would win in a fight between them?

You'll find the answer to this becomes more apparent as you read further in the series. It's not really a major spoiler, but I'll put it in tags anyway:
As to which would win in a fight, that is impossible to answer, due in part to what I say in the spoiler above, and also due to the fact that, like any other race/races, there is not a level playing field from which you can draw contestants. One Teblor may be more than a match for one Toblakai, or the other way around, depending on which Teblor and which Toblakai are involved.

It's actually fairly clear in HoC that Teblor are an isolated tribe of T3 that diluted their blood by inbreeding and breeding with humans. Karsa's tribe, being the furthest from human settlement, are the least diluted, but even then their rape raids on other tribes mean that human blood has enterd the gene pool, making the Teblor generally small than pure blood T3 like Bellurdan and the possesed body Kalam finds.
Also, it appears that pure T3 had their own racial warren, while Teblor do not, but have taken to using bloodoil and related otataral byproducts that have given them a natural resistance to magic, fast healing and so on.
'Toblakai' isn't a separate race - it's just the one part of the racial name that Karsa adopts.
There's more on this as the books progress.
- Abyss, can state definitively that in a fight between a 'typical' Teblor and a 'typical' Thelomen Toblakai, the winner would inevitably be Wolverine.

Already in Gardens of the Moon the TTT are connected to each other. Teblor is yet another name for them, but then you would be referring to a specific geographically isolated tribe of TTT.
Thelomen Tartheno Toblakai . . .
find the names of a people
so reluctant to fade
into oblivion . . .
Their legend rots
my cynical cast and blights
my eyes with bright glory . . .
'Cross not the loyal cage
embracing their unassailable heart . . .
. . . Cross not these stolid menhirs,
ever loyal to the earth.'
Thelomen Tartheno Toblakai . . .
Still standing, these towering pillars
mar the gelid scape
of my mind . . .

Generally, as a rule of thumb, if the race is considered "giant" it is almost certainly related to Toblakai ancestors as those are the only giants we know about (at least as off HOC).

Guess it does make sense that the TTT are somewhat different races. I had assumed that they were one and all cut from the same cloth, but had different names based on purely geography, ie, Teblor being the Genobackan name, MODGOD EDIT TO BLOCK MT SPOILER
edit: Silencer's spoiler summed it up best for me.
Spoiler
, Toblakai the 7C name, but the points above are very good about stating the cases for them being different races and/or adopting different ways of living/adapting. edit: Silencer's spoiler summed it up best for me.

Toblakai rhymes with Cobra Kai.
Coincidence? You decide.
