Well it is apparent that I maybe the only Conservative here, but most of us dont care who wins in 2012, we are waiting with our guns for the war to start, and then everything will change. And it will be change that everyone can believe in not just the Communists.

Conservatives don't seem to understand that Liberals also have guns. Just because we don't threaten to kill you for having your own opinion does not, in any way, mean we will not do what is required of us should someone attempt to overthrow our (kind of) democratically elected government.

And JusenMcTanka beat me to it.

Ah, are you sure liberals aren't Nazis? Perhaps we are the miraculously impossible fascist-socialists?

And to what war do you refer?

Probably the impending civil war.

I just shot. It was a stun gun. Now I lock you up and take your guns.

I'd go with 6 then, since there's 1 embassy and 5 consulates from China in the US, and I figure they have to keep a communist at each. To counteract the rest of the staff's indulgence in coke, hookers and sushi.

Imagine:

Potus: Sarah Palin
Vice President: Tim Pawlenty (it wouldn't matter if Sister got the Nom)
Speaker of the House: Michelle Bachman

Is this the Teaparty dream scenario? If it is.... Can we afford to let it happen?
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Pawlenty isn't too bad.

Anyway, you want something worse? Palin as Pres and Bachman as VP. with Nancy Grace as House Speaker.

But seriously folks, these scenarios will never happen. All this Tea Party crap is doing is shredding the downballot GOP incumbents. Congress has a strict intraparty seniority system, so the top GOP guys left untouched by all the cannibalism are just going to get more powerful. Eventually, the Tea Party guys will bend to them, not the other way around. And when all that anger burns itself out, Obama saunters to re-election. It's 1994 all over again...
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

Simple solution, the position of President changes every year depending on who wins the Presidential Combat, the type of combat chosen by a commitee of seven year olds for testing endurance, dexterity and ruthlessness.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Well, a deathmatch for presidency would give Arnold a decent shot.

... I just got a thought. Considering delusions of grandeur and belief in ones own greatness, you know who'd end up as president of the US if things were decided by deathmatch?

Steven Seagal.

And if someone were to say... Shoot him, would they then be in charge? Theoretically, of course.

y'know, keep what you kill and all that.

You cannot simply shoot Steven Seagull.

He would catch the bullet with his teeth and kick you in the shin. Really hard.
