in the last scene with him in the bonehunters, it was said that they left "never to return again".

There was a suggestion that he was heading to Quon Tali and another suggestion that he was heading to Kolanse... or something, been a long time.
We get an update on his status in Toll the Hounds, but what the armies goal is remains uncertain.
As for the Hood deal, there are theories, revolving around certain events in TTH and DOD, so read and find out.

i read tth, but not yet dod.
the tth events seems like a connection, but not something we know, why would ganoes be involved in that ? (i mean why would he need to be involved).

Okay, this is getting a bit silly, it's not like I've devised some amazing theory that would startle Sherlock Holmes, it's a pretty simple guess really that we've discussed in the DOD forum.
