Sushi is an excellent option for a power business lunch. Whenever we have colleagues from other sites in the office it is definitely one of the go to options for a group lunch. You just have to beware of that one pussy who is unrefined and can't handle sushi, at that point we go with the safer steak house power lunch.

I enjoy the teppanyaki power lunch. If things aren't going well it can really hit the reset on the interaction, especially if you stab the other person and/or light them on fire, and blame the whole thing on the chef.

I prefer to let the chef do it on the grill, then slam their face into it repeatedly. Claim they were extremely drunk and/or really like onions.
And if they cry you're still in the clear because onions.
