Yea I would probably just transfer the guinness to a standard tin...removing that ball would be a pain

Indeed, you could have a guiness/chicken hybrid explosion on your hands. Though somehow that doesn't sound so terrible at a BBQ :veryangry:

MUST TRY THIS
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Moranth Munition.

I just shuddered at the whole heap of repressed memories about this...

Lamb ossobucco from a little Italian place by where I lived in Austin. Braised for 4 hours and served over diced carrots and mashed potatoes. Wowee, was that good...
OK, I think I got it, but just in case, can you say the whole thing over again? I wasn't really listening.

I see your colonial mutation and raise you a classic ossobusso, on a bed of saffron risotto, with a side order of giganto olives stuffed with meat and breaded/fried, with an honest to god clay jug of homemade wine, all consumed at a little courtyard restaurant in Milan, Italy. The meal was so good i went back and had it again the next night. Easily one of the bestest meals i have ever consumed. No internut site but the name is Trattoria Dell'angolo and it is wrong how good it was.

On the less sophistimacated side, if you are every in Syracuse, USA, go to Dinosaur BBQ and have any of the three-meat combos. http://www.dinosaurb...com/syrMenu.php You will thank me even as the automated defibrillator kicks in for the third time.

Up here in Canada, I cannot say enough good about the poutine from this place in Montreal http://www.restolabanquise.com/ . In Toronto, i have to give props to the breaded veal/eggplant/grilled veg sandwich at Mustacio's in the St Lawrence market. Crack-cocaine in sandwich form. In Ottawa, when the Ribfeste is in town and so am I, I cheerfully visit these guys http://www.bosshogribs.com/ but for sheer brilliance in food form i try to get to http://dickshamburgers.com/ - their burgers are a thing of beauty. Their onion rings are transcendent.

Charcoal croc with a side of caramelised wiggety grubs followed by wattle seed ice-cream with native berries. I miss the Flaming Bull :)

Otherwise the traditional lamb caldereta I use to get every time I went to Mindoro's before it closed down.

All my favourite restaurants close down :D

And now I'm really hungry!

Actually good ol pap n vleis

except the vleis was veil in wine and sour cream and the pap
was enriched with sweet corn. It was totally different from
anything I expected to eat. If ever you get to South Africa go
to the BAT centre and try it. it was good. so good I even noticed
and enjoyed the vegetables. can't recall what they were...
maybe some kind of chakalaka? its homeland stuff. really worth
a try.
