Ive read all the books of the Malazan empire (including Esslemont's and the trilogy of Bauchelain) except the last one (doing a reread before i go into it - dont want the series ever to end...) but i think this is the first time i see the Captain mentioned... Who can it be, and what Gethol has to do with him?? (The time of the reading, Gethol was still the Herald)... Any contribution is appreciated...

He might be a decent fighter too, given that he carries his sword with some fimiliarity.
