Just on a side-note to all the people voting for Alan Rickman, this is awesome.
"Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away."

It is perfectly monstrous the way people go about nowadays saying things against one, behind one's back, that are absolutely and entirely true.

I'm gonna leave Hans and Vader off my list cause too many people said them and i consider them obvious. If you dont, there must be something wrong with you, consult your local physician.

Angle Eyes- Lee Van Cleef, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

Battalion I want to give you rep for the Blazing Saddles reference but I have reached my quota. I love that film, and he is a great bad guy. :)

Nick Stahl as The Yellow Rapist Blob in Sin City.
Henry Fonda as Frank in Once upon a time in the West.
Jack Nicholson as Frank Costello in The Departed.
Stephen Dorff as Deacon Frost (Blade).

I'm in doubt about Al Pacino in any role, Micheal Biehn as John Ringo in Tombstone, Heath Ledger as the Joker, any role by Alan Rickman, or the monster in Cloverfield. I am inclined to give it to Rickman. Also, Blofeld.

Louise Fletcher - Nurse Ratched in one flew over the Cuckoo's Nest.

Lee Van Cleef - Sentenza / Angel Eyes in Il Buono, il Brutto, il Cattivo (The Good, the Bad, the Ugly) also for a Few Dollars More.

While not a movie it was HBO
Ian McShane - Al Swearengen in Deadwood

Tim Roth - Archibald Cunningham in Rob Roy

Rick Moranis - Dark Helmet in Spaceballs

Also anything were Jack Nickolson is a villain, also Kevin Spacy, Alan Rickman, and Ledger as the Joker but those were to obvious so I left them off.

Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

Honourable Mentions:
Russel Crowe and Ben Foster - Ben Wade and Charlie Prince (3:10 to Yuma)

My # 1 would be Russel Crowe/ Ben Wade. Freaking loved him in that movie.

And let us not forget Vizzini (Wallace Shawn) from the Princess Bride.

And Captain Hadley from Shawshank. One badass mutha. Come to think of it, Warden Norton was probably scarier.
