At least one of Ampelas and Gamelon is scum - only scum would be positing the argument that it's better to be hunting for scum than for Neo, since the quicker the Reload happens the better. Ampelas seems more likely in my eyes, but the way Gamelon switched was shifty, almost as if he saw an opportunity to get out of this without lynching Neo.

Ruse is calling for Link. Considering the disadvantage the town would be at if Link did come on and CF for someone unimportant, and got killed as a result, I think he may have an ulterior motive there. Possibly Smith, or maybe doing something else, trying to see who will react and how, trying to trap someone into coming on and asking Link to come forward aswell. Not sure, but asking Link to come forward strikes me as suspect. The way he's written it lets him back out of it as a joke though.

That said, I feel very good about the first day. I almost got Trinity killed (sorry D'rek, looked hella scummy to me), but the scum did the job for me in the end and voted for the 'obvious inno.' In a sense, my fairly decent, yet inaccurate, case on Emurlahn spared him for the day as the scum spared her... and in the process, they also triggered the reload early by hitting Ruse.

Finally, I did my civil duty as an RI and got myself NK'd night 1. Town also lost The Dude, another RI.

Hard to argue with those results!
