Agent Smith code is changed - now he copies himself into other players, making them Agent Smith also - this means he is no longer a killer. He can also copies himself into other agents, making them all Agent Smith. All Agent smiths can talk to each other off thread.

This bit is a bit unclear. Does it mean that he can copy himself into the agents and turn them into Smith, or that he copies himself into them automatically and they are all now Smith?

It means he can turn anyone into Smith copies.

So do all agents automatically become smiths after reload? Or if smith hits either of them he gets them both? And the original smith cant put in an action the night of the reload? And to the cookies stick around, or are they basically a heal?

No. No. yes. Cookies are essentially BPs.

Ok, so it seems to me the best way to win is to try get neo killed off twice as soon as possible, rather than to try elimanate the agents. Makes sense why noone is allowed to reveal who he is then. Ideally we should try get the matrix to reload without losing any of the crew from the Neb - while reveals aren't allowed, if Trinity can communicate to Morpheus who Neo is, and Morpheus can signal to Link, that's already a pretty strong voting block to try lynch Neo. The worst thing that could happen would be Morpheous or Trinity becoming a smith, since the smiths will then know exactly who to avoid.

Smith should be the prime target. If we can nail him before the reload we don't have to worry about him taking over members of the crew.

Well I think lynching three people who dont want to be lynched will be harder than one guy twice who does, but you do make a point about the chances of us winning being a lot better if we can nail the original smith before the reload.

Good morning, boyos. My read of the rules is exactly like Tulas Shorn's. I agree with Ruse that Agent Smith is the #1 priority, but with the alts getting shuffled during the Reload, it will probably be pretty hard for the Killers to avoid hitting Neo later in the game.

There isn't any specification on whether killers know each other, although I'd guess the partners do.

Also, with 12 of us, should be 8 roled 4 unroled.

Why do people scatter when I show up?! Is it my awesome dragon avatar that quells people into submission? Or perhaps the sheer legitimacy of my two names, which easily dwarfs the rest of you, save Tulas 'Shorn' Scrotum.

How do you know about my... preferences? Queues frisky baseline

Anyway, just about the only way I can see scum winning this is if they recruit Trinity or Morpheus in order to determine who not to target, or if the agents can link up right after an NK induced-reload and alt guess who they targetted.

Well with 12 people at potentially 3 kills a day/night (lynch + 2 NKs), the Reload is probably going to happen by the second night.

Assuming the two agent cells don't know each other...

Town has a 1-in-12 chance of lynching Neo today.
Smith has a 1-in-10 chance of killing Neo (11 players after a lynch, less himself).
Partners have a 1-in-9 chance chance of killing Neo (11 players after a lynch, less themselves).

1/12 + 1/10 + 1/9 = 29.4% chance the Reload happens today/tonight. Odds are a bit harder to figure out for Day/Night 2 because you have to factor in potential outcomes like agents killing the same target tonight, or killing each other.

This looks like a 3-day game, MAYBE 4, TBH.
