Hmm, I hadn't read that. If that's the way the game is going, then we're all going to be pretty quiet pretty soon. Having said that, it does say that UB can silence himself, so this should get interesting if he has to stay silent.

Of the 2 I think Shadows posts look too much like spam. As if he's trying to be friendly and playful, without drawing any attention to himself early on.
