Tavore knows she killed feslin, she just doesnt know that she stabbed her
Tavore sent feslin to the mines, which resulted in her death, therefore tavore is responsible for her death, and she is clever enough to work that out.
paran also knows that tavore sent feslin to the mines, i cant remember if he knows shes dead, but i would of thought he would, otherwise with his knew found powers, why hasnt he gone looking for her? not much of a good bro if he just leaves her there...

Is it ever stated that Ganoes knows Felisin was sent to the mines? I always felt that the part in RG where Hurlochel's (or whoever the messenger was) failure to mention the name of the Salvation faction's leader leads to the Host leaving 7C forever meant that Paran was truly unaware of his younger sister's fate. And even if the did know, how could Paran have gone looking for her with his powers since he certainly didn't know that Felisin was of any significance in the deck (thus he probably would not have been able to locate her via drawing a card, etc.).

Yup. Dujek tells him at the start of MoI and reassures him that it's probably just a ploy and soon Tavore would make Felisin escape once she has consolidated her power as Adjunct.

At some point, I recall Ganoes reflecting that Felisin was probably killed in the Rebellion. My guess would be in Bonehunters, but I don't remember precisely.
