Cows are a big source of methane and this causes a hole in the ozone layer. I eat lots of steak, thus reducing the cow population and helping the environment.

Ok please tell me you don't actually think methane causes a hole in the ozone layer

Yeah cos everything else in this thread was so serious. :w00t:

You can't blame me for wondering, you do like metal.

Yeah but I'm not so disillusioned to think that I am actually educating anyone with my random rants at pop music... :w00t:

Please also not that Disillusion are an excellent band. :w00t:

On the morning commuter train my outrageous flirting with school girls in short skirts keeps said girls from being accosted by suited salarymen.

I always secretly suspected that was the reason you live in Japan!

I make the world a better place by being scathingly judgemental about other peoples attempts to make the world a better place. Got to keep everybody on their toes, it's for their own good.

it was a secret?

:(

There was a absolutely gorgeous girl who gave me a full head turn and big smile as I was getting off the train and she was getting on. (Not a schoolgirl, we're talking legal here). It was one of those "if I wasn't happily married" moments.
You’ve never heard of the Silanda? … It’s the ship that made the Warren of Telas run in less than 12 parsecs.

I would recommend not telling anyone about that. Ever. Or it might turn into one of those "I used to be happily married" moments...

My wife is aware that blond guys get looks in Japan, and this particular girl is probably interested in foreign guys to boot. She knows she has nothing to be worried about. Besides, a little dose of jealousy seems to get her going, if you know what I mean. :(

Living on the edge is fun. Unless you slip and each leg goes to a different side.
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

I make sense of the world with my timelines. It's nothing right *now*, but once the entire world gets on the Erikson they'll be worshipping me faster than you can say 'Ganesh'... Posted Image

I kinda love it when D'rek unleashes her nerd wrath, as I knew she would here. Sorry innocent bystanders, but someone's gotta be the kindling.
