i just arrived at the chapter where they said twist is wounded and is gonna die but i don't remember him to be wounded , he did not even fight in capustan , maybe someone can light me ?

Wasn't it about the fact that Twist was wounded before in an earlier battle during the Malazan campaign against Brood where he had lost a couple of fingers?

Paran thinks about it at the Barghast camp when he looks at Twist, a Rhivi spirit got Twist and has "poisoned" him, first the hand and at the time that they are at the Barghast camp it has spread to his whole arm to make it useless and it will spread even more untill it gets to his heart and he will die.

Will look for the page number, I'm on a reread of MoI at the moment and I think I have read it yesterday. Currently I'm at the seceond day of the battle at Capustan.

Thats pretty much it. What you have semi quoted is his story. A Rhivi spirit damages his arm and the infection is spreading throughout his body.
Since your on a re read, it wont be a spoiler if i tell you that Twist dies at Coral when Dujek enters and asks someone to tell Twist for a pass of Moranth munitions and then that person says Twist is dead already. Wait or maybe its after the battle that someone says that he died at the start of the siege. i ll have to look it up.

We originally learn of his ailment in GotM when WJ asks the Moranth who delivers them to the lake about Twist's health. And yup, Twist dies in the last days before the battle of Coral, possibly even between the battle at the forest trenches and the next day in the city itself. It's mentioned when Paran and QB go into the burial tomb that is Moon's Spawn.
