why do i find this post so exceptionally out of place? ah yes its the fact that silchas is one of my suspects for the syndicate and your first post is to pretend to be him and then to even say about signalling.

I'd have thought you'd find it out of place because I wasn't going along with Spite's nymphomaniac spam theme - I like to try and avoid the herd occasionally. Silchas Ruin is one of only a few alts with more than one name, so I used his name...guess I could have used Hood's Path or Sukul Ankhadu, but where would the fun in that be?

The argument against Silchas, imo, seems the only thing worthy of note. There is HP's Emurlahn vote, but he hasn't been back to explain it and I don't get the point he is trying to make. So

I'm not sure what to think of that two part story, maybe some action was played, or it could be content just to add to the feel of the game.

I'm leaning that there could have been an action played, but what it was I have no clue, maybe the man was being trailed in the last one with the kid, so maybe a finder action was played.

The other one was a beautiful woman wasn't it, Honey trap maybe, make a person targetted a lover.

Any takes on the stories?

Except the Silchas case there isn't much that is tangible enough. I would want to hear what Silchas has to say before I decide if I should vote for him. I'll check the thread again though.

Ok, I'll comment on a few of your people.

Kaschan and Barghast? I can see the connection you'd made, but I think you're jumping to a hasty conclusion that Kaschan used a vig on Barghast. I can't see much reason why he would, and I don't think simply the fact that he was on and the action was resolved means it's him. After all, would it not be a halfway clever tactic to lurk and use the vig so it might look like someone who was posting? There are many occasions where we have two or three posters and one or two lurkers. So it's a possibility, but I'm not really convinced.

Didn't Tapper mention either in the OP or the sign up thread that the scum would be interspersed in the factions? I remember reading something along those lines.

As to Omtose, it's a pretty stupid symp who signals his master by name.

As to contributions - Silchas was questionable for his syndicate remark. He was made more questionable by the defensive post (the only post for Omtose so far) by Omtose. However, he has made a few reasonable posts since then, that I find it hard to lynch him because he could be in my faction.

Like I said in my post. The only person who was even being considered as being scum, was Silchas, and I also explained why I didn't think he was scum and why I wouldn't vote for him. Therefore, by default, I will latch onto anyone not in my faction (at least, by my assumption) and vote for them, because I might get lucky and hit scum, but at least I wont hit my own team, just in case.

I think its convenient that he pointed at a post 110, and didn't quote it (saying his multiquote tab didint work, when he was apparently only qouting one post, and all he had to do was reply to that post, not multi-quote it), and then chose out the british. Signal fail, IMO. Or scum trying to push attention away from scum partner (Silchas) I dunno, but its the best I have so far. If we need the votes I'll go with Sichas, but right now, Im sticking with HP.
