Sure didn't help anything. Everyone seems to have forgotten there is actually scum out there and we're meant to be looking for them.

[Path-Shaper]

It is quiet. Perhaps a little too quiet. A boy runs after a man in a well-tailored suit. The man walks briskly, unaware of the boy chasing him down. Moments later, the boy catches the man and grabs him by the wrist sleeve. The man, taken aback, is startled, but the boy holds out a small billfold. The man smiles and takes it, patting the boy on the head. The boy returns the grin and turns to scamper off when the man calls out and reaches into the billfold and pulls out a slip of currency. He hands it to the boy and says something inaudible. You couldn't wipe the smile off the child's face if you tried. He runs off, and the man, chuckling, heads back down his path.

The sun continues its trickle across the sky. It is quiet.

why do i find this post so exceptionally out of place? ah yes its the fact that silchas is one of my suspects for the syndicate and your first post is to pretend to be him and then to even say about signalling.

The one thing that stood out for me was Barghast in posts #109 and 130, and the behaviour following. It's clear he feels the need to claim spy - the closest equivelant we have to an RI claim it seems - which is pretty redundant. As of now, I guess my best candidate for syndicate would be Barghast (weak though it may be) and Silchas Ruin for popping up with that strange post of his and then dissapearing from the face of the earth upon receiving a couple of votes.

That's the only post of Ruse, yeah? More than a little out of place I agree. What it signifies though I can't really say without seeing more of the lad.

this fits in with the pathshaper post just before. my guess is he has a role which required an entry scene. it does point out he isnt hispanic looking, but i dont think nationality makes a difference in terms of who is scum, as said before by i think emurlahn otherwise ps wouldnt give us so much information. Originally i thought the scum where the locals, but that is clearly wrong. in fact let me dig out that emurlahn quote, as i wonder where he is getting such exact info from.
