You can book tables in the buffet, I have done so But if the buffet there is unacceptable, then so will all the others, I'm guessing, since Tai Wu is probably the best, or at least not very far off it.

Regarding eating arrangements and everything. Don't worry everyone, me and Jimbob are on it. The whole thing is going to go swimmingly. If all else fails, I will stuff my pockets with scotch eggs before I leave the house (food snob, checking in ).
