Could people stop posting book spoilers from any book please?
Just checking in.
First thoughts on Eloth/Barghast thing was that Eloths vote looked very fake sympy-seems a bit obvious for an actual symp.
Bargahst then picked Eloth up on it(for forgetting) which suggests that Eloth was just blindly following.
So, my thoughts are either Eloth is fake symping barghast, or they're partners/eloth is barghasts symp, and barghast picked him up to tell him to stop being so obvious.

I don't think so HP. If Eloth was Barg's symp, Barg wouldn't know Eloth and would not have been able to know Eloth as his symp for sure in only a page of posts.

Foolish sword sucker!
Iskral Pust is a measly mage whereas Kruppe the Fence is a consorter of elder gods and creator of Living Imass Bonecasters!

Bah, Kruppe is so incompetent he had to ask a man from 300 000 years in the past which direction to walk towards. Iskaral Pust spends his leisurely time FISHING. He has no fish in his pond, just like Jack O'Neil.
Iskaral Pust is McGuyver. I win.

No you fool, Iskral ADDED fish to the lake because he isn't cool enough to fish in a pond with no fish.
Also - what is this alt? A Warren? A place? A person? I don't even... what is this?

korvalain are demons, such as pearl. they are poorly described in the few instances they appear but are apparently like eyes in a cloud. i don't know why your avatar is a lake.

I'm back. Dont know what to make of Bargy and Eloth et al, seems like day one pissiness more than anything else.
IIRC Korvalain is also the name of the warren in which the demons live and I think it got flooded by Rhulad at some point. I could be confusing it with Gamelon and/or whatever became the nascent though.
What warren exactly are we in at the moment anyway?

You are confusing it with both the Nascent and Aral Gamelon (relatedly, there is no reason why Gamelon's avi is a dragon...)
and I don't know what warren we are in. It is not the warren of my god...

That's more than likely. My memory is very fuzzy at the moment, I know at some point it's revealed how the nascent was formed and I'm reasonably sure Rhulad had something to do with it and we know what it was before, but details escape me.
Maybe it's the warren of "Oh my God"?

Wasn't Rhulad the one who flooded it (or the warlock whose name escapes me at the moment) as part of the plot to conquer the Letheriis? With the sea demon/god or whatever.
edit: and quote chains are fun.

Yes they are.
That sounds right. He had to divert a whole lot of water somewhere and dumped it in some warren. Then between the story some demon tells about its ruined homeland and Karsa's and Trull's journeys you realise they're all connected. Like I said though, details escape me at the moment.
