Right, here's the thread, lets get cracking.

We need a date, a time schedule that everyone understands, and a place to do this.

I, having been ruthlessly excluded from the prior event, don't really know all the details of the last contest, but it would seem there were some problems with coordinating the time, color codes, etc. Some input and ideas for improvements would be much appreciated.

Now, the last contest had Centz and Tehol as official opponents drinking to see who was the hardest, which ended with Tehol being victorious and Macros being revealed as actually being a girl.

I've made a new challenge: SCANDINAVIANS VS THE BRITS AND UMERICANS (AND ANYONE ELSE)

Now, I can't be the only one defending the honor of the Scandinavians so lets see if we can set-up two teams.

SCANDINAVIANS:

Morgypoo?

THE ENEMY:

Zanth?
Hoosier?
Tehol?

TIMEKEEPERS:

KalamMekhar
Toby the Toblerone Guzzling Nancy Boy

Who else?

THE RULES:

For the first Hour 1 shot every 15 minutes? The frequency of shot intake increasing with time?

DATE AND STARTING TIME (GMT):

PLACE: Strange chat room that Maccy set up? Where is that? Address and stuff needed.

We can have it in the sme chat room that Maccy set up last time, it worked well. The only issue was the time and date, so lets make sure we're clear on that this time.

Keep in mind the number of people participating though. We only had about 5-6 people actively talking, and as you can see, it was chaos. Having 15-20 people (at least, if non-competitors are allowed) will be madness. And let's face it, we ain't Sparta.

Yes we can't have it be a free for all. We also need someone sober who is willing to keep track of time and score.

i can do that if im able to be there at the set time.....
since it wouldnt take me long to get me tipsy! ill be the sober score keeper again!

Right, I'm going to mark you as time and score keeper, but I think we should have one or two more from other time zones, who could step in if the time we choose doesn't fit with your sleep cykle or what ever.

I can do it Mondays, Thursdays, Friedays and Saturdays, I just need to know a little in advance.

I'll be the British sober-ish timekeeper and scorekeeper/whatever if you like. I wont even try to pretend I could keep up without putting myself into a coma, so I'll just get nicely toasted on my own schedule and insult you all whilst ruling with an iron fist.

In the interests of Fairness I will not be participating. As a native Yorkshireman, I would obviously win such a contest, and I like competition so I shall be content to watch.

I agree with the idea of the frequency of shots increasing as time goes along. Fifteen minutes got to be a long time in between shots after a while in the first drinking contest. We did eventually reduce the time in between shots, but we probably should have done it sooner.

Also, r.e. "decreasing" the time limits... the only problem with this is the drunker you get, the more you think you can drink. There are inherent threats to decreasing and increasing the time limits during the competition.

I should just set up a Vent server and make you all get headsets and do a voice chat drinking contest lol

Webcams as proof of drinking could be an option. Although having about 30 cams on the go at once is not really feasible I guess...
