Grain Belt is now brewed by Schells!

Should be at some point here Shin - I'm not sure if Kruppe or Salt is going to meet up with us.

Leinenkugen is in Indiana, and some of theirs are really good, some are "meh."

Also, Yuengling is decent.
Trouble arrives when the opponents to such a system institute its extreme opposite, where individualism becomes godlike and sacrosanct, and no greater service to any other ideal (including community) is possible. In such a system rapacious greed thrives behind the guise of freedom, and the worst aspects of human nature come to the fore....

Not I, sorry. I'm not a drinker nor much of a socializer. Hope you guys have fun, though!
"Here is light. You will say that it is not a living entity, but you miss the point that it is more, not less. Without occupying space, it fills the universe. It nourishes everything, yet itself feeds upon destruction. We claim to control it, but does it not perhaps cultivate us as a source of food? May it not be that all wood grows so that it can be set ablaze, and that men and women are born to kindle fires?"

Hell, it'd probably take me 6 to 7 hours to get to East Tennessee, so tack another five onto that and you are looking around 11 to 12 hour drive? i don't know, what is the major N/S interstate in E. Tenn, 71?

Schells or Minneapolis?

Schells is an hour or two closer, but they are both at least a 14 hour drive I think. Maryland is around 20 from MPLS, and I think Eastern TN and Maryland are about the same length away from Minnesota, right?

I dunno, but I am off the entire week of labor day, so might be convinced to drive up and hang for a night. Nothing better to do.

BOO! Get those Great Plains states outta my Midwest!

Edit: It also makes more sense if you look at migration and settlement patterns in American History.

Hey Bent, you could pick up HD and Vengy on the way and make it a road trip!

Meeting the lot of you would be fun, although I would probably end up in the hospital if I tried to keep up with HD and Bent drinks-wise.

But it is 100% certain I will be in Minneapolis during labor day weekend (Friday to Tuesday as a matter of fact).

I think ti does Zanth a great compliment that his interview thread has decayed into a booze-debate / meetup thread.

Well, Tehol's turned into a 5 hour drinking contest, and revealed that D'rek is in fact a member of the female persuasion.

Clearly Shin is onto a winner here.

It has been interesting, I'll say that. I didn't anticipate the sheer number of pages that HD's and Tehol's threads ended up being.

I'll try not to choose boring people for interviews. :The Force:

Ok, I wasn't directing that at you Mappo...

The fact that you think I was though, means your interview just moved down the list. :The Force:
