Well as I come from Yorkshire it's the law that I must love ales. So I do. With a fervent passion.

The gf and I also love to drink a good glass of Chilean merlot when we can get it.

So Shin, Living that close to Miller, you are a cubs fan right!

Sadly, you are 100% correct.

My Dad is a Cub fan, so I too am a part of the temple of pathetic.

Luckily my Packers have been winners in my lifetime.

I can't be too hard on zanth since college gave me a soft spot for Miller High Life. Zero taste, but hey, it's the champagne of beers!
You’ve never heard of the Silanda? … It’s the ship that made the Warren of Telas run in less than 12 parsecs.

Haha, were we having a "stating the obvious" contest?

My goal for the coming semester: try every offering of the two-three local micros.
Knowing me, I'll probably finish by October but still...

tis the good shit.

And serve it to a pig

Well I'm partial to mackrel, but my favourites are probably skate, sea bass and a lovely bit of sole. That's if we're not including shellfish, octupus etc in this.

Oh, Im sorry, I thought you said poisson.

As far as I'm aware, shiner = black eye, or blowjob.

So if you are indeed enjoying a shiner, congratulations you erect beast.

Poisson = fish, btw. Francais.

I must confess that my preferences lie on the sweeter side (sad to say, I am male). So I prefer bailey's (straight), port, and Riesling. Sweeter the better (oh, and I strongly dislike the taste of alcohol. I've managed to adapt to coffee, but I have a ways to go on other such yucky delectables).

WE NEED TO STAGE AN INTERVENTION

I POURED A FORTY OUT FOR THIS THREAD TWO YEARS AGO

ITS SHAMBLING CORPSE OFFENDS MINE EYES
Hello, soldiers, look at your mage, now back to me, now back at your mage, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped being an unascended mortal and switched to Sole Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re in a warren with the High Mage your cadre mage could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an acorn with two gates to that realm you love. Look again, the acorn is now otataral. Anything is possible when your mage smells like Sole Spice and not a Bole brother. I’m on a quorl.

ales and pilsners are my thing. Not big on stouts and most other drinks give you massive hangovers.

I do love a good cup of baileys though
