Marmite. Imagine a sexy woman randomly stopped you in the street and made out with you. On toast. :p

Tiste, you being a virgin and all, if you think marmite is like sex, I think we need to have a talk about the bird and the bee's... See, most females don't taste like they died a month ago.

But then again, that is the way you like them isn't it?

Oh you're so funny. :p :p

Once I get married (whenever that may happen) I will get back to you on this one. Hmm... Maybe my wife, smothered in Marmite... Definite possibility! :p

Provided the last D is disgusting (as per the voting options. but Illy threw in a note of confusion) I have to say OMG I agree with Obdi...totally and utterly disgusting...beyond disgusting into a realm where words cannot convey how vile a substance it is...marmite that is, never tasted the other one...but if they are in any way related then it will be equally :p

In case you are wondering I am not a fan...
'Tell me, Tool, what dominates your thoughts?'
The Imass shrugged before replying. 'I think of Mafia, Adjunct.'
'Do all Imass think about Mafia?'
'No. Few think at all.'
'Why is that?'
The Imass leaned his head to one side and regarded her. 'Because, Adjunct, they are sheeple.'

Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that frisbee getting bigger?" ... and then it hits me.

Let's be fair, NO-ONE would look good smeared in marmite. It'd look they they'd eaten alot of tar then violently shat themselves.

I think marmite's alright, can't say I ever really eat it, and when I do it's only very small quantities. Never had vegemite, so cant compare.

But...but...you can't say it's alright...that goes against everything...it makes the advert a lie...and everyone knows adverts always tell the whole truth...you HAVE to either love it or hate it...there can be no middle road...:p :p

Peanut butter FTW.

The only way I can describe marmite is that it tastes like the devil got a yeast infection and they scraped out the waste matter with a speculum.

Indeed, Peanut Butter on warm toast = delicious.

Now Cat-Man-Do, do you enjoy chunky, smooth, or a mix?

I wonder...

I used to like Marmite. Now I have seen the error of my ways. Marsdens Ashes Marmite is the only true path of the righteous.

Smooth peanutbutter all the way, I dont wanna be picking at my teeth like a fool all morning, or get loads of gunky lumps in the sink if I remember to brush.

To combine two alternatives mentioned in this thread, peanut butter and nutella sandwiches are awesome and taste like dessert.

No way! Nutella is all chocolatey, chocolate and peanut butter are awesome! Haven't you ever had a Reese's peanut butter cup?

Hmmm, I never thought about it like that - it's like Peanutbutter Kit Kat Chunky's, delicious even though you wouldn't suppose. I guess it's the idea of the bread that puts me off...

I just had one of these, the only thing I'm confused about is: what belongs to the Kit Kat Chunky?

I find RLY's suggestion is even better if you use toast.

Only fresh out of the toaster, so the heat makes it all melty. Ok, that does it, Peanut butter needs it's own thread.

I have no clue what either Marmite or Vegemite is, other than a vague recollection of a song saying something about a Vegemite sandwich...
