while I think you're right to be questionable of Bent, as he has definitely done a couple un-finder-like things, with no counter reveal I wouldn't get the hackles too raised. As a finder, he has the means to verify his own defenses so if he really though Obdi was inno I don't see why he wouldn't have defended him as if he ever needs to he can just find Obdi to make sure.

edit (damn enter button) - however, on Bent's side of things, I think it would have been better to let Obdi get lynched rather then have to reveal that you're the finder (unless the possibility of lynching Obdi was after the reveal...)

1. The CF would have solved this just as easily

2. Most finders prefer to find people they think are guilty, rather than innocent.

Here's how it went down (in my head anyway): Bent and Obdi to me looked pretty scummy. They each proclaimed that they fully believed the other was inno and were so convinced that they would not vote each other under any circumstances. Then they went and both voted on you, Morgy. Convinced that their antics were unfalteringly stupid, I proclaimed my own holier-than-thou and said I wouldn't vote for you because I was just so sure of your innocence, the idea being to use their own ridiculous declaration against them and their attempt to lynch you. Did I really know you were inno? No, there was no way that I could, but the two of them acting so pairish on-thread and both going after you made it pretty impressionable to me that you weren't. Plus it felt good to smack Obdi with his own drivel.

And of course, that lead to Obdi's hypocrisy in that he got mad at people for not voting you when he himself refused to vote Bent and supported Bent's declaration not to vote him, which DiBs has already called Obdi out on.

I react to Bent forcing himself to reveal on day 1. That's what he did. Voting for Obdi would not have made it obvious that he's a finder.

i think shin has voted for slick twice and morgo voted for you. i removed from obdi as i want to hear from him today before pushing that particular boat any farther.

i would like to hear some opinions from tapper, i know he has real life stuff going on, but there been very little of anything from him since the game started.

Is it just me or is bwgan posting less than usual? She's still only had 1 or 2 killer roles, and plays pretty carefully when she has them. I think she's been posting elsewhere on the forum but has neglected her duties here.

Bloody work...nearly done but my heads not in the game at the moment.

Have Been keeping up to date though...i keep suspecting certain people and then they go and start saying things that make me not suspect them...my heads doing circles.

I dunno but im inclined to vote off a quieter "friendlier" person still.

well there has certainly been a bit of that going on, everyone seems very reluctant to get involved in any sort of discussion. something tells me its the calm before the obdi storm.
