Urban myth. Debunking here. It's rather lengthy but the gist of it is that these sentences are always constructed using small words. With four letters there's only one possibility for mashing it up, transposing letters 2 and 3 plus out of the 51 words above, 35 of them haven't even been changed so it's easy to guess in the context of the sentence what the mashed up words are meant to be.
