i disagree. I think on day one people are more sheeple because theyre thinking "its day 1 lets just get a lynch doesnt matter who" whereas as the game goes on they are thinking more tactically as the end game appraoches

see thats where i think your wrong....at least untill the last few hours....people can never really agree and there arent sheeple untill it becomes necessary in order to get a lynch.
But i suppose it all comes down to how you play individually.
I never vote "just to get a lynch" on day one unless there is no time left.

which is why I'm trying a different day 1 tactic Atra. We never get scum on day 1, because we always look for scumminess. someone who is bahbah polite sheeple is a possible alternative. After day 1 and the info we get, we can start to tackle things in a more usual fashion.

@Silanah: I see where you're coming from, but the eagerness of Barghast and Karosis to hop onto the first thing that appears half-way remotely plausible really irks me. As far as I recall, the majority of the content in those pages consisted of either banter I can't exactly join in on late, or some role speculation (which I did add a little to, for the sake of having something to talk about). Or were you looking for a scummy review of the past pages with several opinions in an attempt to appear helpful?

Also, your second part (about my post as a response to your question) does nothing more than say "I SAID SO SO IT MUST BE TRUE!1!!1" You asked for my opinion about the power-steal mechanic, and stated that my primary concern was that a killer would become overpowered. And interestingly enough, I realized in a later edit that such a scenario was impossible due to Tapper's rules. And even more interesting, in the subsequent role speculation, the speculators somehow didn't notice--I don't remember exactly who said what off the top of my head, but I'm positive someone mentioned a similar fear of someone getting 3 NKs and dominating the game.

Lynching you hasn't come up because you were trying to get something going or because sheep hopped on (suggesting so only makes you look like you're dissasembling). You have come up because you were directing the game on day 1, a day that's notoriously hard to lynch right on. You are now crying about us behaving otherwise which is funny. I don't necessarily blame you though, but if we always leave those who take initiative alone we'd be foolish.

You probably have a psychological disadvantage as well, since you drew silanah who was PB's alt when he won the last game (for being a leader)

Emur, can you point out where in the rules it says that players can't have more than 1 NA? I can't seem to find it, so this statement seems odd.

edit: In retrospection, I assumed and we all know what that does. But either way, my point stands and I doubt Tapper would make a game that broken.
