Well, I'd hate to be a hypocrite with regard to role speculation, but I'll bite:

Roleless innos, since they can't NK people, still (apparently) can gain power. So my guess is that in the event of a roled player's lynch, their power will be either randomly distributed, given to the hammer, given to the first voter, or something along those lines.

The RI PM hints at your conclusion, but then it seems like town has zero chance of winning if random townies can turn into the scum. I doubt we have more than 4 scum, because they're all working independently according to the setup.

I fail to see what's wrong with role speculation. I actually don't think scum can all kill every night, either. Maybe they have to find someone with a power before they can kill them to take it. (That said I wouldn't be surprised if all scum could kill every night, either.)

Did you not read what I said? I said I wouldn't be surprised if they could kill, because it's HIGH TMDI, but I think it more likely that we have 3 immortals and they find people and then kill them if they have powers.

Here and should be off and on for the next 6 or 7 hours.

Since we've opened the can of worms of role speculation, 19 players would probably be 4 scum in a normal game. But since its a high TMDI and setup reads like a every person for themselves. I think something along what Fener suggested of 3 seperate killers sounds like it could be a reasonable setup.

But its hard to say - I could see 4 scum and maybe kill every second or third night unless they kill a roled player which case they can kill again straight away or something along those lines. Only way we're going to find out is see how night goes and then make some guesses.
